Every score in the prose is matched to the table. Every descriptor is matched to the publisher's band. Format, heading order, and required sections are audited against your standard. Mismatches are flagged, never silently fixed.

On the prior evaluation (2023), cognitive functioning was assessed with the WISC-V. The Full Scale IQ of 94 (34th percentile, 95% CI 89–99) fell in the Average range. A relative weakness was noted in Working Memory (SS 79, 8th percentile), consistent with teacher reports of difficulty retaining multi-step directions.

Nothing is invented

Every number in the narrative must exist in the data sheet. If a score is missing, the sentence is left blank and flagged — the system never fills a gap with a plausible value.

Identifying data stays with you

Names and identifiers are held in your own files and systems. Drafting runs on de-identified records, and the report is re-assembled on your side.

You approve what runs

An audit is a proposal, not an action. Every automated fix is listed for you to accept or reject. Nothing overwrites your work without a yes.
